In these sessions, I aim to facilitate a safe and non-judgemental relational space and join you as a companion to process your experiences together and co-create a new narrative. I draw from a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, offering perspectives that you can engage with at your own pace. Rather than prescribing solutions, I invite you to trust your inner wisdom, allowing insights to emerge naturally and resonate with your own truth. Everything is an offering and it is your choice to select the aspects that you would like to add to develop a more detailed understanding of yourself. Deepening knowledge and awareness of the self could enable you to honour your inner experiencing, move from more abstract to specific insights and guide your more conscious choices.
Art psychotherapy is a form of therapy that uses a mix of talking therapy and art making. Alongside verbal exploration, you can use art-making as a way to connect with your emotions, bring the unconscious into awareness, and discover new perspectives on your experiences. There is no need for artistic skill, this process is not about creating finished artworks, but about using creativity as a tool for deeper understanding. The way you interact with images, shapes, and materials can reveal insights that words alone may not capture. In online sessions, you are encouraged to use whatever art materials feel right for you.

Group Art Psychotherapy offers the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a shared, creative space. Being part of a group can provide a powerful sense of connection, helping you to understand yourself through interactions with others who may be navigating similar challenges. Sessions typically involve art-making, reflection, and discussion, where you can gain new perspectives, develop self-awareness, and experience the richness of group dynamics. This process is gently facilitated to ensure a supportive, respectful, and enriching experience.
We do not exist in isolation; our experiences, behaviors, and sense of self are shaped by the groups we belong to. Personal Development Groups offer a space to explore relational patterns, deepen emotional awareness, and reflect on the ways we connect with others. By engaging in the group process, you may begin to recognize recurring themes in your relationships and develop new ways of understanding yourself in a collective context. This is a space for growth, insight, and meaningful connection.

Relationships are complex, ever-evolving, and deeply personal. In couples therapy, the focus is on strengthening self-awareness, deepening understanding of your partner, and co-creating healthier relational patterns. Rather than working towards a fixed outcome or expecting change from the other person, the process invites both partners to reflect on their own emotional responses, needs, and ways of relating. Through this exploration, you can apply your expanding awareness of self, other and the dynamics between you, to co-create more empathetic ways to respond to each other that align with your shared values and ethical principles.
